Exercises You’ve Never Seen Before
My clients seem to think I stay up late at night thinking up new ways to punish them but it’s important to remember people have been lifting weights to improve their health for hundreds of years. I’m going to show you five exercises that are as beneficial as they are rare.
Single Arm Chest Press - This exercise forces you to flex your core to help counteract the uneven balance. It also addresses muscle imbalances if you have one arm much stronger than the other.
The Inch Worm –If your one of those that brags about being able to do hundreds of crunches try this one.
Single arm/leg Rows - These are great for any athlete or weekend warrior because they work stabilizers and enforce strength as well as balance.
Corkscrew - This exercise works just about every muscle and will get your heart pounding in no time.
Question from viewers:

I'm on a diet to lose weight but I also want to gain muscle. What's the best way to gain muscle and lose weight at the same time?
Evelyn Hale
I just started working out about a month ago. I had started losing weight but then I hurt my ankle doing some exercise. I'm afraid that if I stop to let my ankle heal that I'll lose momentum and will stop exercising altogether. What's the best way to exercise with a hurt ankle?
