Effective Exercises you’ve never seen before
If you workout at a gym frequently maybe you think there’s not an exercise you haven’t seen before. Today I’m going to show you 3 exercises that are as effective as they are unique.
1. Russian Twist- Forget crunches, this exercise were developed for Russian shot putters to develop powerful core muscles.
2. Bulgarian Split squats- This was developed by Bulgarian strength coaches which have some of the strongest athletes in the world. This is the ultimate “Glute” exercise.
3. Thunderbolts- A learned this exercise from former University of Tulsa Strength coach, Tom Cross. It will build a powerful and explosive core.

When I do crunches on the exercise ball, say 2 sets of 20, by the 15 crunch my lower back starts to hurt even though I try to push it into the ball. What exercises strengthens my abs and back at the same time.
