Healthy Summertime Desserts
When it’s hot outside, there’s nothing better than a healthy, delicious and cool dessert to top off your evening meal. These are some of my favorites. They’re all low in sugar and fat so you can enjoy these guilt-free!!
Sugar Free Chocolate Cream Pie
1 Sugar Free Graham Cracker Crust
1 small box sugar free, fat free instant chocolate pudding
1 ¾ cup skim milk
½ tub sugar free cool whip
dusting of cocoa powder
1. Mix pudding.
2. Pour into crust.
3. Top with Cool Whip and cocoa powder.
Jello-N-Berries
Sugar Free Strawberry Jello gelatin
Sugar Free Cool whip
Fresh strawberries and blueberries
1. Make jello and pour into bottom of dessert glasses.
2. When set, top with a dollop of sugar free cool whip
3. Add a layer of the berries
4. Top with more cool whip.
Banana Pudding
Sugar Free, fat free banana pudding
Sugar Free cool whip
Banana, sliced
1. Line dessert glass with banana slices.
2. Top with banana pudding and sugar free cool whip.
3. Garnish with one more banana slice.
Melon Bowl
1 miniature watermelon, halved
Cantaloupe
Honey Dew
Red grapes
1. Hollow out half of watermelon.
2. Fill with chunks of watermelon, cantaloupe, honey dew, and grapes.
3. Serve.
Diet V8-Splash Spritzer
Diet V8 Splash
Ice
Seltzer Water or Champagne.
1. Fill glass with ice.
2. Fill half full with juice.
3. Fill the rest of the way with seltzer water or champagne.
4. Garnish if desired.

What’s a good way to tone my rear end?

I work in a cubicle all day and tend to slump while I type. I try not to but I can't seem to stop. Is there an exercise that would help me strengthen my back? Also, is there anything that will help to stop me from slumping all the time?
